I’ve been doing the Sambazon Juice “cleanse” in addition to my normal diet. SUPER tasty juices, would highly recommend!
-Prepare juice (10oz)
-1.5c steel cut oats
-1 1/3 yellow peach
-1 c raspberries
-2/3c Go Lean crunch cereal with unsweetened soy milk
-Eliminate juice (10oz)
-1c steamed green beans
-1 veggie burger (with kale, almonds and quinoa, sooo tasty!)
-Recharge juice (10oz)
I plan on making a veggie wrap for dinner, I’ll make sure to snap a picture!
Breakfast: big ole giant jar of lemon water, approx 14oz green smoothie, vegan trail mix cookie
Snack: black coffee
Lunch: 1 apple, sandwich with two slices toasted ezekial bread, spicy yuba strips, 1/2 tomato, handful of spinach, mustard
Snack: 1/2 c of homemade trail mix (sunflower seeds, raisins, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, shredded coconut), 2 multigrain crackers, 1 apple
Dinner: TBD, will post picture
