Lunch = tons o steamed veggies and cooked tofu seasoned with taco spices.
So many awesome flavors.
Dinner: tempeh, crushed almond, mixed greens, beets, carrots, cucumber and tomato vinaigrette
Behold; spinach, seitan, green bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, spinach, black olives and nutritional yeast on a whole wheat tortilla/flatbread thingy.
Super savory, compared to all the fruit I usually eat in the morning
